THE VENUE

At this time, the vessel is not fully wheelchair accessible. Boarding and movement on certain decks may be challenging. We’re happy to work with you to find possible solutions, such as reserved seating on the most accessible areas.

While we absolutely love dogs, they are permitted on a case-by-case basis. Service animals are always welcome in accordance with ADA guidelines. Small, well-behaved dogs may also be allowed with prior approval. For the comfort and safety of all guests, larger breeds, aggressive dogs, or pets that may trigger allergies are not permitted. We recommend discussing your needs with our team in advance so we can best accommodate you.

Yes, outside vendors are welcome with prior approval. We also maintain a curated list of trusted partners for catering, entertainment, and event design who are familiar with the vessel and can help ensure everything runs smoothly. If you choose to bring your own vendors, we’ll coordinate with them in advance to make sure they meet venue guidelines and are fully prepared for your event.

Our cancellation policy varies depending on the type and size of the event. In general, deposits are non-refundable, and cancellations made within a certain window may be subject to additional fees. We understand that plans can change, and our team will work with you to review options such as rescheduling your event to a future date. LOGISTICS & DIRECTIONS

The Vessel Miami does not have a permanent physical location; however, we host events on the Biscayne Bay near the Venetian Marina in Miami. Our home dock is situated in North Miami Beach, and we can arrange a walk-through upon request. For event-specific details and boarding locations, please refer to the event information provided.
