Luxury, Engineered: Inside the Revolutionary Platform That Reimagined At-Sea Events
During the vibrant festivities of Miami Music Week 2025, we unveiled something we've been quietly working on—our most ambitious innovation to date: a state-of-the-art floating platform that redefines what’s possible for luxury event spaces. More than a launch—it was a signal. The future of hospitality doesn't sit on land. It floats.
Rethinking the Event Venue from the Water Up
We’ve always believed that the best ideas need the right platform. So we built one. Literally.
This new floating structure was designed to host up to 150 guests with high-performance features like two full-service bars, a pro-grade DJ booth, and an adaptive layout that transforms for performances, VIP lounges, dining activations, and immersive brand storytelling. It's not just a venue—it's a modular environment built to amplify any creative vision.
From the skyline views to the fluid configuration, every detail is designed to maximize impact—and minimize limitations.
Behind the Scenes: Making the Impossible, Possible
This wasn’t an ordinary build. It was a moonshot, one that came with challenges no other venue in Miami—or on the water—had dared to tackle:
Timeline Crunch: What was originally scoped as a 4-month build was reduced to just 6 weeks. Every day counted.
Marine Facility Logistics: Sourcing a dedicated marine facility capable of accommodating such a large-scale, custom build was a mission in itself.
Innovative Construction: We implemented new techniques and modular fabrication methods that had never been used before in this context.
Vendor Coordination: Over 30 vendors, from engineers and architects to lighting designers and sound techs, all had to work in unison with laser precision.
What kept us moving? A vision. One we’ve had since day one: to revolutionize at-sea entertainment with experiences that are modular, mobile, and magnetic.
Not Our First Rodeo
This isn’t the first time we’ve taken on a challenge like this. During the 2024 Copa America, we partnered with Michelob Ultra to produce a floating activation that turned heads and raised the bar. That experience paved the way for what we did with our recent client. We learned, we iterated, and this time, we scaled up.
Designed to Adapt, Built to Impress
The architecture—led by naval designer Sebastian Phillips—merges yacht engineering with modern event flexibility. It’s stable, scalable, and striking from every angle. More importantly, it’s built to serve a wide range of event types: brand activations, private celebrations, cultural experiences, and corporate gatherings alike.
With modularity at the core, no two events ever need to look—or feel—the same.
A New Chapter for Miami's Event Scene
This isn’t just a structure—it’s a statement. That a new level of luxury, creativity, and freedom has arrived in Miami’s hospitality scene. For planners, producers, and brands ready to break free from the ballroom and do something unforgettable, we’ve built the platform to make it happen. Literally.
We’re just getting started.
Welcome aboard.
